Red Shoe Solutions LLC is a full-service training and Association Management and Consulting Company that has served members in 40 countries around the world.
From 1998 through 2009, RSS managed the Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) an international 501 (c) 6 organization with over 800 members from 40 different countries.
Both Principal Partners Patty and Randy Morgan served on board and volunteer committees, and directed all planning and management activities for the association. For TTRA, the annual conference accounted for 60% of their annual revenue. So its financial and strategic success was critical. RSS consistently brought the conference in either at or above the budgeted net income.
RSS also performed ALL management services for the organization including membership management, communications and support; bookkeeping and accounting; database management; chapter communications and relations; and board communications and support including complete planning of all board meetings, preparation of meeting materials, and development of a board member communications intranet. RSS maintained all areas of the Conference and membership website including regular program updates and online application, registration and payment functions.

Responsibilities included management of the registration system, reconciliation of all payments with online financial management software, all tracking of paid and comp registrations, assisting with travel accommodations for staff, speakers and others, working with planning committees, and coordinating the Volunteer program for the conference.
- Red Shoe Solutions increased CRRA’s membership by 250% in only one year through increased effective communication, the integration
of social media marketing, member engagement, effective systems, and diligent oversight.
