Randy is Principal Partner for Red Shoe Solutions LLC. In this role, Randy directs all staff activities in association planning and management and related accounting functions for the association. Patty Morgan will serve as conference and meetings manager. Responsibilities include negotiating venue contracts, planning site visits and recommending venues for future conferences; coordinating planning efforts and participating in regularly scheduled planning teleconferences, building and maintaining a budget for the conference.

Randy is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Business and Organization Development Expert.
Prior to the creation of Red Shoe Solutions LLC (RED SHOE SOLUTIONS LLC), Randy was Assistant General Manager of the Coeur d’Alene Resort and Golf Club, and Director of The Learning Institute™ for Hagadone Hospitality Corporation. During Randy’s management tenure, the Coeur d’Alene Resort was named the best mainland resort in North America by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. The Resort Course boasts the famous “floating green” featured on the cover of Golf Digest before it even opened. The Resort has earned numerous awards including The Wine Spectator Grand Award, and AAA Four Diamond Award. Randy’s management responsibilities covered all facets of the resort property and personnel. Randy understands all aspects of the customer experience from their perspective. Randy earned his BA from Washington State University.
